Contractors

The average contractor doesn’t own a large format printer, and must do one of the following:

1. Obtain a set of plans in digital format and have them printed at a local printer where the cost can be as much as $4.00 per print.

2. The plans are printed for them, but they’re forced to pay a significant fee for each set.

What we do is simple – we cut out the high overhead, bringing the cost down to an economical rate.

Even with shipping costs, our cost per plan is still lower than your local shipping center or print shop prices.

Homeowners

Are you building a new home, renovating, or placing an addition onto an existing home? You may have the files for the work to be done, but now what?

1. We can help by getting those plans on paper to be given to potential contractors for the purpose of bidding.

2. Don’t want to deal with printing and payment? Send your files to the Plan Printer to be placed in archive here. When a contractor needs a set, direct them to us and we will print the plans and collect payment from them, not you. This is common practice within the construction industry.

B2B/Government

If you are a government agency that generates RFQs (Request for Quote), we can keep an up-to-date record of all plan holders for each project, and print documents for them.

If you are a business that holds files for customers or clients and would like us to print them for you, or your client directly, we will create an account for you.

Dropshipping

Submit a set of digital documents to The Plan Printer for each project, and when you need to send a set, choose one of the following options:

1. Email us the Recipient’s information and we will print and ship directly to them. At the end of each month, we will email a detailed invoice of all orders. You will still be responsible for collecting funds from Recipients.

2. Direct your clients to The Plan Printer with the project name, and they purchase prints directly from us. Please contact us for more details on this service.
